Sorry, I don't understand the system in other countries well enough to know what to look for. We should also contact our local police departments. Make as close as possible to human contact. Tell them we know what is going on, what kinds of orders they are receiving, where they come from, and challenge them to act with conscience.
If you haven't watched this, please do. It's disturbing but we need to know this is what we are up against. Police handcuffing a boy to take him into foster care when he clearly doesn't want to go and no law has been broken. They are using the "we're just following orders" line and they need to learn that isn't good enough.

Of course, this is just one of many tasks that need to be done. We also need to learn the law, particularly the difference between "legal" and "lawful". We need to think of a variety of ways in which to refuse participation, and then organize with others. And we need to spread the word in any way we can think of.
Also, I highly recommend watching Charlie Veitch and his Love Police here: http://www.youtube.com/user/cveitch - it goes back to May 2009 and is the best example I have seen yet of how to put a mirror in the faces of the police and challenge them to act with humanity. The point is though, we need not only to watch and cheer what others are doing, we need to get in there ourselves, in whatever way our unique and brilliant spirits guide us.

It's Not Meant to be Easy
A few days ago a neighbour who is an immigrant asked me to go over to her place and help her make a phone call to Canadian Citizenship and Immigration. She had a question, and her English is a little too shaky to navigate the automated system. She had gotten a call, apparently, telling her she should "come to the office" on a certain day, but it didn't bother telling her where said office was or giving her a number to call back.
Around an hour later, after a lot of frustrating punching of numbers and listening to long-winded messages, I got to talk to a human being who informed me that there was no way he could put the call through to the original caller and we would have to go across town to send a fax.
Frustrations like this fill our days so much that we shrug them off as normal, or if we think about them at all, we despair over the stupidity of big corporations and government agencies. The thing we need to realize is that it isn't about stupidity. They are making our lives as complicated as possible... on purpose. In 1969 Dr. Richard Day of Planned Parenthood and Mt. Sinai Medical School gave a speech during which he asked that all recording devices be turned off. Dr. Lawrence Dunegan, however, took notes during the speech and years later, soon before his death, made public what he remembered in a series of tapes, the transcript of which you can read here: http://www.overlordsofchaos.com/html/new_order_of_barbarians.html
It is a stunning prediction of what was to come, indeed much of it already has, by an elite insider. And it isn't the only one. I also recommend reading Silent Weapons for a Quiet War, http://www.theforbiddenknowledge.com/hardtruth/silentweaponsforquietwars.htm
a document found inside a copy machine sold in the 1980s that alludes to the founding and the plans of the Bilderberg Group. I do recommend it with the caveat that it will not be good for your blood pressure. But come on people, these are things we have to know. All these disruptions in our lives, from petty annoyances like bureaucratic inefficiency to the barrage of new laws that concentrate power in the hands of a few psychopaths, have been coldly planned for decades if not centuries. It's time to get our heads out of the sand. The least we can do is demand a human response from the robotic voice on the other end of the phone. It might be the only time in their day anyone jolts them out of their mind-controlled stupor. In line at a grocery store recently (note, I hardly ever shop at grocery stores, but I was hungry and that was what I could find) they were collecting for "breast cancer research" and asking for donations with every purchase. When the clerk, who was made up to look something like a cross between Lindsay Lohan and a Barbie doll, asked if I wanted to make a contribution for breast cancer, I said clearly so everyone in the line could hear, "Yes. My contribution is to let you know that cancer research is a sham. The cure for cancer has been known for decades and is being held in the Rockefeller Institute. Any doctor who has come too close to the truth and starts actually curing patients loses his license."
We need to expose the lies on a large scale too, of course. But in the course of our everyday lives we can do and say little things to break the spell. They add up.

An Open Letter to the Police - please circulate
An Open Letter to the Police
This evening, December 13, 2010, a piece of draconian legislation was passed into law by the Canadian senate. I refer to Bill C36, which is just one piece in the wider global plan called Codex Alimentarius. The bill controls consumer products and is widely understood to be the precursor for another bill that will give Health Canada the power to take some 75% of natural health products off the shelves.
At least as important as this is the part of the bill that removes the law of trespass. Until tonight, a police officer needed a warrant to enter private property in Canada. No longer. Under the new law, police can enter and seize private property at any time, for any reason, even if the person in question is not suspected of any crime.
We have to look at this with a wide lens. The same policies regarding consumer products, natural health products, and organic farming are coming in at dizzying speed around the world. At the same time, legislation is passing that gives police unprecedented powers to oppress the people in total disregard to human rights and the constitution of any nation.
Things are only going to get worse for a few years yet. As the economy continues its downward trend – and it will, because it is planned that way – millions of people will take to the streets in protest, as we are already seeing all over Europe. Millions more will peacefully start refusing to cooperate with governments that, more obviously every day, do not represent the people.
In conversation with one of the senators who voted the bill into law, I warned him that Canadians will not cooperate with it. His answer: “The police will have to deal with that.” In other words, big business and the government that represents it is counting on the police to do their dirty work.
It is time for the police to make a decision. When the order comes to use guns, tasers, water cannons and so on against innocent people, what are you going to do? When you are told to enter and search the homes of political dissidents, will you obey, or will you remember the oath you swore which says “I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and prevent all offences against the persons and properties of Her Majesty's subjects?" Make no mistake, these orders will come. We are in a situation similar to Nazi Germany in the 1930s, only this time it is on a worldwide level and there are more people awakening and refusing to cooperate. The excuse “I was just following orders” was not enough in the Nuremberg trials, and it will not be enough this time either. This is the time to have enough courage to follow your conscience, not your orders. Do you want your children to live in a police state, knowing they have no privacy even in their own homes? It is time to put the truncheons and the tasers down and refuse to follow orders to harm your neighbours. This is the line drawn in the sand.

Refuse a Vaccine? Get Out the Handcuffs
Vaccines are supposed to be voluntary in Canada, yet atrocities like the one below do happen. Public Health and the schools have a cozy relationship where a public health nurse is assigned to each school to make sure vaccines are pushed and no alternative information made available through the schools.

Tuition Hike in U.K.
Yesterday the British Parliament voted by a narrow margin in favour of a 300% tuition fees hike for a university education. The level of protest in the streets is reaching unprecedented heights and last I heard, the centre of London was closed to traffic. This, while MPs are awarded bonuses and military spending skyrockets.
If I lived in the U.K. I would be on the streets with everyone else in solidarity, but still, there is a point that needs to be made. It doesn't matter how much we protest. Look at the millions who filled the streets when the U.S. and the U.K. invaded Iraq. What happened? We still have a war in Iraq. Look at the hundreds of thousands on the streets all over Europe protesting austerity measures. What happened? We have more cutbacks every day. Protests are a mild inconvenience for the thugs running our world. They are not a deterrent.
What will really make a difference is when in the masses we start to take matters into our own hands. When we protest we are still demanding that someone else do something to solve our problems - the same people who purposely created the problems in the first place! What is the likelihood that they will have a change of heart just because we wave banners and shout slogans? Not a heck of a lot. But when in the masses we stop going along with our own enslavement, the game will be up.
Of course, there is a deeper question: what do they want to go to the system's universities for? Increasingly, the years people spend in university are just evidence of more years of indoctrination, deeper programming to do as you are told... especially if you are chained to a job for the next 30 years to pay back the student loan! Universities, especially the more prestigious ones, are dens of mind control. Over forty participated in MK Ultra for goodness sake! If you want an education in higher levels of science, mathematics, literature and so on, from what I can see you're better off teaching yourself than signing away your future for an extra four to six years in the system. Just my opinion.
